Abstract

We live in an ever-evolving era. It's time to do everything in a short time, flawlessly. On February 4, 2015, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a decree "On the establishment of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan."
